Tip of the Iceberg: Exposing more apparent fraud and malicious activity

Case Snapshot: Yuda Spitzer

Property: 102 Rockland Ln Spring Valley NY

Home address listed on mortgage documents: 21 Allik Way, New Square, NY

Purchase price: $610,000

Date purchased: June 21, 2022

Mortgage amount: $579,500

Down payment: 5%

Loan Officer: Zev Spitzer (of Cross Country Funding & New Square resident)

All indications point to this being personal-residence style financing
with unusually small down payments and primary-residency style terms –
while the property itself was never known to be used as a primary
residence. As is well known the usage of these properties bought by
Skver Chassidim is for reasons that are quite the opposite. To create
a boundary of “sanctity” (ironically using SRO inhabitants as pawns)
around its village which is by no means morally, legally or
halachically permitted.

We will continue to expose this single facet of a much broader pattern
of questionable conduct – spanning financing practices, housing usage,
and coordinated real estate plays – that demands scrutiny and will
come to an end by hook or by crook.

  1. Every house they buy is fraud! If they are occupying it in a way that violates code and housing laws that is outright mortgage fraud!! Hold these people accountable!! They don’t even pretend to follow the Torah so don’t see why they should be treated as erliche yidden.
