Multiple residents on Carriage Lane reported a dark-skinned Hispanic male attempting to break into cars. Witnesses described him wearing a white hoodie and black pants, and fleeing toward Tioken Rd. and Flint Dr. immediately after pulling on multiple car door handles.

Ramapo Police confirmed that two homes were hit within minutes, indicating that this individual is actively targeting our neighborhood.
